From an environmental perspective, we operate with small travel groups of 8–10 guests to reduce pressure on destinations. Travel documents and itineraries are provided digitally to minimise paper use. We also work with accommodation providers that apply practices such as reducing single-use plastics and improving water efficiency. During sailing holidays, guests receive guidance on responsible water use, waste reduction, and marine protection.

From a social perspective, Azure Escape supports local economies by encouraging travellers to visit local restaurants, participate in guided tours led by residents, and join authentic experiences such as cooking workshops and local activities. Guests are also encouraged to respect local customs and communities.

Economically, Azure Escape focuses on long-term partnerships with local suppliers and activity providers to create stable opportunities and strengthen destination resilience.

Regenerative Elements in Our Product
Azure Escape goes beyond sustainable travel by creating positive impacts for destinations and communities. Our sailing holidays integrate regenerative tourism through small-group experiences, collaboration with local guides, responsible sailing practices, and support for local culture and marine environments. Guests are encouraged to participate in activities that contribute positively to destinations. As stated by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (2025), regenerative tourism aims to leave destinations in a better condition than before.

Working Together with Stakeholders
Azure Escape works with employees, tour coordinators, accommodation providers, local guides, and restaurants to promote responsible tourism. Travellers may visit local restaurants such as To Psaraki and Metaxi Mas, helping tourism income remain within the destination. Guests are encouraged to make responsible choices throughout their holiday.
